Billy Clinton Shepherd, 85, of Glasgow, died February 18, 2021, at Barren County Nursing & Rehab. He was born April 2, 1935, in Cumberland, Kentucky, to the late Avis (Fields) Dudley. Billy was a mechanic for the Housing Project of Kentucky.
Billy is survived by his stepbrother, Bill Brogan of Glasgow and James Dudley (Sandra) of Corpus Christy, Texas; one nephew, Keith Brogan (Lisa) of Payton Flower Mound, Texas.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his stepsister, Betty Brogan.
The family has chosen cremation for Mr. Shepherd with a possible memorial at a later date. A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Shepherd.
