Anthony Dewayne Blythe, 51, of Tompkinsville, KY passed away Thursday, August 6th, at his mothers residence. Anthony was born in Monroe County March 19, 1969, son of Lola Bow, of Tompkinsville, KY and the late Ted Blythe. He married Tina Vibbert March 20, 2015 in Tompkinsville, KY. He worked at Washington Inventory & Hidden Hills Country Club, before becoming disable. He is survived by his mother, Lola Bow of Tompkinsville, wife, Tina (Vibbert) Blythe of Tompkinsville, five step daughters, Crystal Benningfield, of Louisville, KY; Maria Thompson, of Taylorsville, KY; Tasha Isenberg, of Somerset, KY; Mary Isenberg, of Tompkinsville, KY; Lily Isenberg, of Tompkinsville, KY; 3 step-grandchildren, sister, Michelle Blythe & niece, Precious Blythe both of IN. No services will be held at the funeral home. Yokley Trible Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
