David Taylor DeSpain, age 78 of Glasgow, a Green County native, passed Friday morning at Shanti Niketan Hospice Home in Glasgow.
He is survived by his wife, Marsha DeWeese DeSpain, her children and their spouses, Erin and Tracy Lovell and Whitney and Brent Taylor and two grandchildren, Kip Taylor and Gideon Lovell. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law: Joe and Ann DeSpain of Campbellsville, Phil and Jeannie DeSpain of Tell City, IN, James and Mary DeSpain of Greensburg, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for David Taylor DeSpain will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, January 27, 2025 at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg. Burial will follow in the Greensburg Cemetery. Visitation will be
from 1 until 5 p.m. Sunday and after 7 a.m. Monday until the funeral hour.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to Shanti Niketan Hospice House or to the Gideons for Bibles. These can be made at the funeral home.
