James Daryl “Big D” Saltsman, 72, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2026 at his residence. He was a son of the late Roy and Bessie Jewell Pardue Saltsman.
He is survived by five brothers: Oliver Saltsman, Ronnie Saltsman (Sheila), Wallace Saltsman, Keith Saltsman, and Murrell Saltsman; three sisters: Shirley Jean Shirley (Junior), Lisa Garmon (Tommy), and Marlene Glass (Bobby); and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers: Roger Saltsman, Larry Saltsman, and Randall Saltsman.
Graveside services will be 11:00 am Monday, March 23, 2026, at the Big Meadow Cemetery. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral is assisting the family with arrangements.
