Outside of the second quarter, the Glasgow Scotties played even with the Adair County Indians, one of the top teams in the Fifth Region. They fell, 62-56, in the end.
The Scotties led 18-17 at the end of the first quarter, but the Indians responded with a 21-12 run in the second period. Glasgow trailed 38-30 at halftime.
Each team scored 12 points in the third period to leave Adair ahead 50-42 after three.
Jackson Norris led the Scotties with 15 points, while Jaylen Bradley and Jerrick Martin each posted 13 points.
Glasgow hits the road across town to Barren County for a critical 15th District showdown Friday night.
