Barren County rolled to a 39-point lead en route to a 67-22 win over visiting Caverna on Tuesday.
The Trojanettes outscored the Lady Colonels 23-1 in the first quarter, and opened the second period on a 17-0 run to lead 40-1 with 3:35 left in the first half.
Barren led Caverna, 42-5, at halftime.
Many Trojanettes played in the second half as every player saw time on the court.
Starters Mahalia Burton and Shelby Byrd led Barren with 11 and 10 points, respectively. Karli Hagan came off the bench to scored nine.
Morgan Thompson led Caverna with 11 points.
The Trojanettes improved to 3-0 with the win. They return to action tonight at home against Russellville at 6 p.m.
The Lady Colonels fell to 1-2 with the loss. They play at home Friday against Green County at 5:30 p.m.
