A Glasgow man has been indicted by a Barren County grand jury for the Aug. 14 armed robbery of the Valero Store at the intersection of North Race and West Cherry streets.
Nineteen-year-old Logan Dixon was indicted on one count of first-degree robbery, which is a class B felony, “when in the course of committing theft, he used or threatened the immediate use of [a] dangerous instrument upon Rameshkumar Patel,” an indictment dated Nov. 19 stated.
Dixon’s arraignment in Barren County Circuit Court is scheduled for Dec. 8 at 10 a.m., according to the Kentucky Court of Justice website. He currently has a $10,000 cash bond, the jail website stated.
He also has two other cases for receiving stolen property (firearm), theft by unlawful taking (firearm), and second-degree criminal mischief. His pretrial conferences for these cases are scheduled for the same date and time, according to the court website.
