Farmers RECC received the 2025 Customer Satisfaction Award for scoring above the industry average.
The electric cooperative, which serves roughly 14,800 accounts in Barren County, was given the award by the American Customer Satisfaction Index, which based its results on responses from member surveys, according to a Farmers RECC press release.
“Farmers RECC’s [satisfaction] score substantially outperforms the industry average score earned by publicly measured utilities reported in the 2025 ACSI Energy Utility Study,” the release stated. “The 2025 Customer Satisfaction Award affirms that Farmers RECC’s hard work has been noticed by its members. Farmers RECC is grateful for its members and will continue to strive for excellence through constant dedication to improvement.”
