Levi James Newton, a beloved son, brother, and grandson, was born on August 30, 2025, in Glasgow, Kentucky. He brightened the lives of those around him until his untimely passing on November 5, 2025, at Norton Children’s Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Although Levi’s time with us was brief, it was filled with joyous moments that will be cherished by all who knew him.
Levi was such a happy boy who had a love for being outside. His favorite thing was riding the four-wheeler and taking walks with his family. His playful nature radiated warmth as he enjoyed being cuddled by his brothers and sisters.
Levi is deeply mourned by his loving family, his father, Brandon Newton; his mother, Sabrina Greene Newton; his siblings, Presley Newton, Jaxson Pruitt, Emma Newton, and Mason Pruitt; and his adoring grandparents, Chad Greene (Brandon), Christy Mason (Gilbert), and Rob Newton; great-grandparents, Jimmie Greene (Wanda), Bob Newton, and Tom Geary, as well as many other relatives, including his uncle Dalton Newton (Whitney); aunts Dallas Greenwell (Trenton), Shelby Greene, Kristen Gentry, and Celena Gentry, and cousin Ben Bryant.
The funeral service for Levi James Newton will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, November 9, 2025, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial at the Campground Cemetery. Visitation will begin Sunday at 9:00 AM until time for the service at the funeral home.
