Lillie Mae Walton, age 90, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, October 5, 2025, at the Colonial Center. She was born January 28, 1935, in Monroe County, KY, to the late Doc Allen Scott and the late Myrtie Jane Cain. She is also preceded in death by her husband, James “Jimmy” D. Walton; two sisters, Shirley Scott and Nina Scott, and two brothers, Claude Scott and Clyde Denton Scott.
Lillie was a member of Eastside Church of Christ and owned several rental properties for over forty years. She loved to cook and playing card games.
Lillie is survived by her children, Jerry Pitcock (Candy) of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Terry Pitcock of Murray, Kentucky, Perry Pitcock of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and Teresa Meredith (Lonnie) of Cave City, Kentucky; six grandchildren, Angie Vincent, Bradley Slate, Contessa Brown, Krissy Pitcock, Terry A. Pitcock and Brandon Jewell; three great-grandchildren, Tanner Nodine, Noah Pitcock, and Colten Jewell and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Lillie Mae Walton will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 11:00am at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel with burial to follow in Houk Cemetery in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday from 3:00pm until 8:00pm and again on Friday from 9:00am until time of service at 11:00am at the funeral home.
