Lesley Nichole Jackson, 39, of Mount Hermon, Kentucky, died Thursday, September 11, 2025, at her home.
Lesley was born in Glasgow, Kentucky on June 14, 1986, a daughter of Diana “Ann” (Ford) and the late Darrell Jackson.
She worked as a CNA at Glasgow State Nursing Home. Lesley enjoyed hanging out with her children and grand babies, making them laugh and being silly. She liked dancing, music and making TikTok’s.
Lesley is survived by her mother, Ann (Ford) Jackson; step mother, Sherrye Jackson; a son, Dylan Bacon, and wife, Kenna Jade; four daughters, Jayden Bacon, Jerrica Bacon, Kynsley Bacon, Aubrey Bacon, all of Tompkinsville, Kentucky; three sisters, Lisa Jackson, Mary Jackson, both of Tompkinsville, Hannah Foust, of Scottsville, Kentucky and two brothers, Timmy Jackson, of Tompkinsville and Alan Jackson, of WI.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow at Bethlehem Cemetery.
Visitation is Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Yokley Trible Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Lesley’s memory may be made to Bethlehem Cemetery.
