Charles “Buzzy” Groves, age 76, formerly of Glasgow, Kentucky died August 23, 2025 in Versailles, Kentucky. Buzzy taught physics and math at Glasgow High School for many years and also coached football there.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Ann Mangis Groves; his daughter, Jessica Button and husband Alex of Louisville, Kentucky; son, Stanley Groves and his wife Tasha; granddaughters, Mary Grace Groves and Kennedy Elizabeth Groves of Versailles, Kentucky.
A celebration of life service will be scheduled at a later date. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to a charity of your choice or local hospice chapter. Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill is in charge of arrangements.
