Ruth Ann MacIntosh, 49, of Glasgow, Kentucky died Sunday, August 24, 2025. Born on March 17th, 1976, in Pensacola, Florida, Ruth was a daughter of Tom Ward and the late Cathy Sue Conaway.
Beyond being a loving wife and mother, Ruth will be remembered for her kind heart and adventurous spirit, finding joy in caring for animals, exploring the beauty of nature, and sharing her creativity with those around her.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband and soul mate Russ MacIntosh; children, Tanner Hadley and Zoë Scott; 3 brothers, Timmy Deckard (Carla), Ricky Deckard (Melissa) and Scott Deckard (Tracy); sister Melissa Trout; stepfather, Ronnie Staruch, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother Cathy Sue Conaway, and 2 uncles Marty Anderson and Wayne Anderson.
Funeral services for Ruth Ann MacIntosh will be Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 3:00 PM at A F Crow and Son Funeral Home with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery at Slick Rock.
Visitation will be held at A.F Crow & Son Funeral Home in Glasgow, Kentucky on Friday, August 29 2025, at 10:00 AM.
Ruth will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know and love her.
