Barren County tackled the Battle at the Creek on Friday and finished fourth. The Trojanettes were led by Chloe Witcher, who shot 4-over 76 and finished third. Cumberland County’s Kenzie Willen won with a 73 and Elsie Espinola of South Warren was third with a 75.
Also for the Trojanettes, Alli Spillman and Lucy Zalla each shot 89, while Karden Kinslow fired 95, Rayleigh Tarry posted 105, Briley King scored 109, and Kailynn Peterson finished with 128.
Bowling Green, coached by Barren County graduate Logan Steenbergen, won with a team-total plus-36, while Henderson County was second, and Ohio County was third.
