Barren County and Glasgow boys’ golf teams tackled a tough field at Campbellsville Country Club on Saturday. Saint Xavier won the team title with a 14-under par total. The Scotties finished 23rd and Barren was 24th.
For the Scotties, Tate Pace shot 81, Tucker Garrett fired 90, Jackson Norris posted 94, Gavin Copas shot 100 and Carter Hodges finished with 105.
For the Trojans, Cam Pippen led with an 80, while JP Ross fired 86, Carson Browning shot 101, Jay Houchens posted a 103 and Kade Hardy finished with 110.
Both teams return to action Tuesday at Crosswinds Golf Course in Bowling Green. Tee time is set for 7:30 a.m.
