Caverna board set to serve possible solution to tennis court repairs

The Caverna Independent School District Board of Education is set to meet on Wednesday, Mar. 13, at 5 p.m. at the Caverna Central Office. The meeting will open with several topics, including student and staff recognitions, financial reports, and upcoming projects within the district.

One key item on the agenda is the second reading of the school calendar for the 2025-26 academic year, which will determine the schedule for students and faculty in the upcoming school term. The board is also set to approve the graduation date for May 21, at 7 p.m. at the Caverna High School Gymnasium.

Additionally, the board will consider approving an architectural firm for upcoming district projects and a one-year contract with WeLeadCS, Inc., an organization that provides leadership and educational services.

Another item up for approval is a bid from Tennis Technology Inc. to rebuild the tennis courts at Caverna High School, a project that could enhance athletic facilities for student-athletes.
