Cave City is hosting a “City-wide cleanup” event from Mar. 24 to 28, providing residents with a free opportunity to dispose of large trash items.
The designated drop-off location is the empty gravel lot across from the Cave City Volunteer Fire Department, next to the park.
The event will run daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Items not accepted include tires, paint, oil, batteries, pesticides, and hazardous chemicals.
Cave City’s cleanup event coincides with the county-wide cleanup this year, which spans two weeks.
