The Allen Springs/ Stone Trace Court area in Allen County has reopened after officials investigated a suspicious device found in a roadway. This happened Sunday evening.
The KSP’s Post 3 Hazardous Devices Unit investigated and determined the device was not explosive, following the area being secured by the Allen County Sheriff’s Office.
KSP is opening an investigation into the device.
