Caverna Independent Schools are closed today as a result of Friday 13 threats.
Superintendent Amanda Abell released a statement this morning saying a possible threat was made against Caverna High School. The threat was sent to the FBI and Kentucky State Police are investigating the possible threat.
The statement further said that if they can determine the source of the threats, they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent, the law will allow. Also, Abell says they will update parents and students as needed.
