Late Tuesday evening reports of shots being fired in the Horse Cave community near the interstate were made.
Kentucky State Police and the Hart County Sheriff’s Office received a call and responded to the location; Units on the scene say the suspect fled into a wooded area.
Noyes is charged with wanton endangerment, 1st degree. No one was hurt as a result of this incident.
