Hart County man Charles Wurst is facing multiple charges after officers responded to a call in Bonnieville, after he supposedly kicked in the door and brandished a handgun in two seperate incidents, at two different houses.
According to a female subject, Wurst showed up at the residence and kicked in the front door after she asked him to leave.
He then fled to a separate residence in a car that was not his own. According to the citation, at the second residence, deputies asked Wurst to exit. Wurst was in an agitated state and saying to another male subject in the second residence to “shoot them in the head if they come to the door”.
Wurst is charged with first-degree burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, first offense, and intimidating a participant in the legal process. Wurst has been lodged at the Hart County Detention Center.
