A 62-year-old Park City man faces multiple charges following a high-speed pursuit through Park City on Monday evening. According to the Barren County Sheriff’s Office, deputies attempted to stop Rodney Froedge, who was driving 86 mph in a 55 mph zone.
Froedge fled, reaching speeds of 100 mph before stopping at a residence. Deputies discovered a dollar bill containing a white powder, which Froedge admitted was methamphetamine.
He was arrested and charged with various offenses, including fleeing police, reckless driving, and possession of methamphetamine.
Froedge remains in custody at the Barren County Detention Center.
