The Grove Outdoor Venue & Drinkery is celebrating Kentucky women in Music this August.
The Local Lilith event, which they hope becomes an annual happening, is slated for August 24 at 6 p.m., and all ages are welcome.
In addition to live music from Luna and the Mountain Jets, Bek and the Starlight Revue, Wet Eyed Liars, Chelsea Nolan, Jen Tackett and others there will be food, art and workshops and an instrument petting zoo provided by The Mountain Grrl Experience.
Everyone is invited to reserve a table or bring a chair, and children 12 and under are free.
