Richard Robert Pierce age 78 of Cub Run passed away Thursday, July 25th at his home. He was born in Edmonson County on May 18, 1946 to the late Harvey & Ada Cox Pierce. He was a retired employee of Campbell-Hausfeld.
Richard is survived by a son Doyle Bratcher of Cub Run, two grandsons Jacob & Josh Bratcher, two great-grandchildren Holden & Keaton Bratcher and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded by his brothers and sisters Alberta Lewis Dennis, Dorothy Thomas, Edward, Howard, Raymond, Carlos, Leroy, Hubert & Cecil Pierce.
Richard’s request was to be buried without a service.
The burial will be held at 10am Friday, July 26th in the St. Agnes Cemetery at Dog Creek under the direction of the Sego Funeral Home.
