Arzula Marie Smith, 92, of Glasgow, Kentucky passed away Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Monroe County Medical Center. She was born August 1, 1931 in Jeffrey, Kentucky to the late Wert Vance and Weltha Smith Vance. Marie was a former assembly line operator at Sorenson and loved quilting and gardening. She was a devoted member of Fairview Baptist Church in Monroe County.
Survivors include many cousins who will miss her dearly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, John Richey and second husband, Levy Smith.
