Dixie Ann Marcum Price, age 85, passed away Tuesday July 2, 2024 at the Hopkins Center of Woodburn, KY.
The Warren County native was the daughter of Clyde Banks “Jerry” Marcum and Zeoma Elizabeth Franklin Marcum, in addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Joyce Dowell and her husband James “Jimmy” David Price.
Dixie was a faithful member of the Providence Knob Baptist Church. She loved her family, flowers, cooking and shopping.
Dixie is survived by two daughters, Penny Price Wright (Mike) and Darla Price Sims (Ken), one brother, Jimmy Marcum (Peggy), four grandchildren, Kendra Haley (Andy), Brandon Sims, Zack Wright (Jenny) and Zeke Wright (Arika), six great-grandchildren, Jayden, Josh, Alana, Aria, Kallie, and Landon, several nieces and nephews and two special caregivers, Connie Pipes and Lana Banks.
Visitation will be Friday July 5, 2024 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel. Funeral Service will begin at 1:00 PM followed by burial in the Bowling Green Gardens.
