Citizens in Barren County magisterial District 6 will have a new representative when the Barren County Fiscal Court is officially sworn in.
Challenger Steven D. Gibson defeated incumbent Ronnie Stinson for the seat according to unofficial results from the general election that ended Tuesday. The district covers both Cave City and Park City in the northwest area of the county.
