A man from Tennessee was arrested by the Glasgow Police Department on Thursday, June 4, on drug trafficking charges.
Mina Sadek, 32, of Brentwood, Tennessee, was arrested on a Barren County Indictment Warrant charging him with trafficking over five pounds of hemp, first offense, according to a Glasgow police press release.
“The indictment relates to an investigation of the Purple Haze Vape Store that was found to be selling a large quantity of prohibited products in the retail store to the public,” the release states.
Sadek was released from the Barren County Detention Center on June 4 on a $10,000 bond, according to the jail’s website. He has a court date scheduled for 10 a.m. on June 22.
