Teriyaki Madness will open a location in Glasgow, according to a social media post by Larry Glass.
The restaurant that focuses on Asian-inspired bowls will open in Barren River Plaza on the right side of Jersey Mike’s. The social post states the restaurant is projected to be open by the end of 2026. The shopping center is adjacent to the T.J. Health Pavilion. The Jersey Mike’s there opened in August, 2022.
“We are thankful to continue bringing new businesses, new opportunities, and more dining options to Glasgow and Barren County,” the post stated.
Teriyaki Madness is a Japanese-inspired fast-casual restaurant that serves teriyaki-style dishes featuring grilled chicken, steak, tofu and stir-fried vegetables. Founded in Las Vegas in 2003, the business has expanded to around 230 locations across the United States. It is presently headquartered in Denver, Colorado.
