Billy Randall (Randy) Stinnett 44, passed away Monday, April 6, 2026 suddenly at his residence. He is the son of Pat Slayton Bragg (Larry) and the late Larry Paul Stinnett. He was the owner of Stinnett Plumbing Sewer and Septic.
He is survived by four children: Katelyne Walz (Warren), Billy and Austin Stinnett, Annabella Stinnett, and Jase Simmons; Significant other Kayleann Bailey; two grandchildren: Bralynn and Braxton Walz; three brothers Chris Stinnett, Cody Stinnett, Daniel Bragg; two sisters Olivia Stinnett and Tinisha Napier (Jeremy); four nieces: Kristin Taylor (Tyler), and Kelsey Beasley (Caleb); Sierra Sexton (Parker), and Autumn Turner (Bo); Nephew Dillon Bragg; three great-nieces: Laikyn, Kyler, and Ember Taylor; special uncle Danny Slayton (Kathy), and sister in-law Kellie Stinnett.
In addition to his father he is preceded in death by his son Christian Stinnett.
Funeral service will be held 2:00pm Friday, April 10, 2026, at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday and after 7:00 am on Friday at the funeral home. The family has requested in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
