Munfordville woman indicted for making false sexual assault report in Glasgow

An 18-year-old Munfordville woman has been indicted by a Barren County grand jury after she made a false report of a sexual assault that prompted an emergency response in Glasgow earlier this year.

Autumn Tomlin Wilson reported on Feb. 4 that a sexual assault had taken place at Walmart, which led to an emergency response at the store as authorities investigated the claim. Glasgow police later determined the report was false, and she was arrested on Feb. 10 by the Hart County Sheriff’s Office.

Wilson’s arraignment is scheduled for April 27 at 10 a.m.
