Mrs. Annie Katherine Logsdon, age 79 of Edmonton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 26, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. Annie was born on April 2, 1946, to the late Charlie and Ada Wilson Compton.

Annie is survived by three children. Jeff and wife Sheila Smith, Darrell and wife Tammy Smith, and Karen and husband James Blythe, all of Edmonton. One sister, Clara Compton of Edmonton. Six grandchildren. Josh Smith, April Morgan, Jonathan Bryant, Casey Bryant, Tessa Dubre, and Jeffery Smith, half-sisters Magdeline Poynter and Barbara Smith. She also survived by several great-grandchildren and her fur babies, Sophia and Sarah.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, Charles David Smith, and her second husband, Hershal Logsdon. A daughter and son-in-law, Connie Bryant and her husband, Lonnie. Granddaughter, Megan Smith. Three brothers and three sisters. Robert, Denzil, Toso, Elsie, Nettie, and Florence.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 29th at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with interment in the Hubbard Cemetery. Visitation will be from 8:30 AM until the service time on Sunday.

Butler Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted to the care of Mrs. Logsdon.
