Debra Ann Puckett York, age 67 of Tompkinsville, formerly of Munfordville, passed away Friday morning, March 20th, at the Monroe County Medical Center. She was a member of The Worship Christian Center in Horse Cave.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Puckett, a son, Michael York, and a brother, Terry Childress.
Debra is survived by a son, John York (Lily Isenberg), daughter-in-law Jennifer York; her mother, Geraldine Childress; two grandchildren, Emily York and Christopher York; a brother, Steve Childress, and a stepbrother, Jessie Childress.
The funeral service for Debra Ann Puckett York will be held at 1 pm Sunday, March 22nd, in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Sallee officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday from 10:30 am-1 pm at the Sego Funeral Home.
