Playing without point guard Mahalia Burton, Barren County closed the regular season at Russell County with a 59-43 victory.
The Trojanettes jumped ahead 22-12 in the first quarter and never looked back. They pushed their lead to 41-24 by halftime.
The Lady Lakers rallied in the third quarter, but still trailed 52-41 after three.
Shelby Byrd led Barren with 19 points, while Ann Ashley Atkinson added 13 and Addyson McFall finished with 11.
The Trojanettes improved to 27-2 overall. They open the 15th District Tournament on Monday at Glasgow against Glasgow at 6 p.m.
