Jimmie C. Dalton, age 78, of Scottsville passed away January 27, 2026 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green.
The Allen County native was an assistant state highway foreman for Allen County and owner of Jimmie’s Body Shop in Scottsville.
He is preceded in death by his parents: James Lewis and Mayme Burnley Dalton and a brother, J.D. Dalton.
Surviving is his wife of 56 years Reginia P. Dalton; a daughter. Jennifer Dalton Gibson (Stacy) of Barren County; a son, Robin Dale Dalton (Felicia), of Scottsville; a granddaughter, Hailey Gibson of Bowling Green, and grandson, Carson Dalton of Scottsville. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will be February 5, 2026 from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the T. W. Crow & Son Funeral Home Chapel.
Military Honors will be conducted February 6, 2026 at 2 p.m. at the graveside committal in Fountain Run City Cemetery.
