Rebecca S. “Becky” Pedigo, 79, Glasgow, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026, at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. A native of Barren County, she was the daughter of the late G B Dockery and Minnie Lee Houck Siddens.
Becky was a retired teacher with the Glasgow City Schools. After retirement, she spent a lot of time with the Barren County Homemakers. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She also occupied her time with cooking, baking, and creating crafts. She was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church.
Survivors include two children: Brian Pedigo of Glasgow, and Brandi Sanders and her husband Dustin of Smyrna, Tennessee; two grandchildren: Kaleb Pedigo and Danielle Garmon; one great-grandchild, Lennyx; two sisters, Mary Beth Siddens and Susan Russelburg; one brother, Alan Siddens; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Joyce Siddens Harp.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
