Freda Waldeck Rife age 90 of Frankfort formerly of Munfordville passed away Wednesday, January 14 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. She was born in Bonnieville to the late Anne Amos Waldeck and Willis Burks Waldeck. She was the wife of the late Walter Rife, Jr.
Freda was a former deputy sheriff with the Hart County Sheriff’s office and she was a member of the Munfordville First United Methodist Church.
She was preceded by her siblings Vernon, Sis and Bernice.
Freda is survived by a daughter Dana Rife Farthing, three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service for Freda Waldeck Rife will be 11 a.m. Saturday, January 17 at the Munfordville Municipal Cemetery. The service is under the direction of the Sego Funeral Home.
