Two of the three people involved in the theft of drugs from a Glasgow pharmacy were sentenced in federal court.
Sarah D’Auria and Isaac Newman each received three years of probation and must make restitution to RXCrossroads 3PL LLC in the amount of $4,500, according to their court documents filed in the Western District of Kentucky. The pair pleaded guilty to theft of medical products and to conspiracy to distribute controlled substances while the additional conspiracy to distribute charges were dismissed, according to court documents.
United States District Court Judge Greg Stivers also imposed the mandatory probation condition on the pair that they must “cooperate in the collection of DNA as directed by [their] probation officer[s],” according to court records.
Both D’Auria and Isaac Newman had previously pleaded guilty to those charges in 2025.
The theft and conspiracy began in July 2024 when shipments destined for Ritchie Pharmacal in Glasgow were rerouted to various Dollar Generals
The third person suspected in the drug theft, Robert Newman, has not entered a plea or been sentenced, according to the federal court website. On Nov. 14, 2024 a warrant for his arrest was returned unexecuted, according to his case file.
