A man is facing assault and strangulation charges after an alleged domestic violence situation occurred on Saturday, Dec. 27.
Twenty-nine-year-old Chayse Gladden was arrested when Glasgow police “determined that a physical altercation had taken place between Chayse Gladden and a female victim” at a residence on Pocahontas Trail. The unnamed woman had visible injuries, according to a Glasgow police press release.
Gladden was arrested and lodged in the Barren County Detention Center on fourth-degree assault (domestic violence, minor injury) and second-degree strangulation charges, the jail website stated. His initial court appearance is set for Dec. 30 at 9 a.m. and he has a $1,000 cash bond.
