The Glasgow man, whose arrest was circulated on social media, has been indicted by a Barren County Grand Jury on four felony and six misdemeanor charges.

Thirty-four-year-old Cody Vibbert was arrested by police in November. On Nov. 17, the Glasgow Police Department announced they were reviewing its Use of Force policy since the bystander’s video of the arrest showed a bloodied Vibbert being removed from an apartment in Adams Place.

Glasgow Police Chief Guy Howie invited media outlets to view the body camera footage of the arrest on Nov. 20, where he announced that the officer had not violated the policy or acted inappropriately during Vibbert’s arrest.

Vibbert is charged with four counts of third-degree assault on a police officer, which are class D felonies, fleeing or evading police on foot, resisting arrest, second-degree criminal mischief, menacing, public intoxication and second-degree disorderly conduct.

He has a $7,500 unsecured bond with an arraignment scheduled in Barren County Circuit on Jan. 12.
