Mr. Stevie Joe Collins, Jr. 46 of Glasgow, Kentucky and formerly of Tompkinsville, passed away on Sunday , December 21, 2025 at Commonwealth Regional Hospital in Bowling Green. Stevie was born in Lexington, Kentucky on November 6, 1979, a son of Stevie Joe and Genetta Sue (Blakely) Collins. Stevie was a 1999 graduate of Monroe County High School and was a longtime employee of Henkel Corporation in Bowling Green. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and storytelling, he was an avid pool player and CB Radio collector, and H.A.M. Radio Operator.
He is survived by his parents, Stevie Joe Collins, Sr. and Genetta Sue Blakely Collins; one sister, Beth Collins; a niece, Lily Mae Collins Frost, and her fiancé, Spencer Owsley, all of Glasgow; special friends, Tara Furlough, Josh Mayhew, Lucy Mayhew, Adam Crabtree, and Deborah Lambert, and his cat, Charlie.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Mary Blakely, and Steven “Bucky” Collins and Patsy Ethridge, and brother-in-law, Michael Frost.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 29, 2025, at Bartley & Sons Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, and his remains will be scattered at his favorite fishing spots at a later date. Visitation with the family will be after 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lily Collins Frost or Lucy Mayhew Education Funds.
