Barren County ran away from the Wildcats on Saturday to win, 75-56, at home in the Don Franklin Auto Hoops Classic.
The Trojans took charge early with a 19-13 advantage at the end of the first quarter. They continued to lead at halftime, 37-32.
Barren clamped down on defense in the third quarter, and outscored Edmonson, 14-9. The Barren lead was 51-41 after three.
Weston Shelton caught fire from outside for the Trojans. He led his team with 25 points on six made 3-pointers.
