John Carter Myers continues to be a key defender for Georgetown College this season. The former Glasgow Scottie is tied for the lead in total tackles for the Tigers with 34. He leads the team in solo tackles with 24.
The senior defensive back also leads the team with five pass break ups, and he has forced two fumbles.
Against Lindsey Wilson, he posted nine solo tackles, and two assists to lead the Tigers. He also registered a tackle for a loss. That game was one of two losses for Georgetown this season.
Georgetown (4-2) hosts Cumberland, Tenn., this Saturday for homecoming.
