Gracie Reed finished 18th to lead Barren County’s girls team at the Hillbilly Run in Nelson County on Saturday. Reed finished the race in 20:32.57. The Trojanettes finished tenth as a team.
After Reed, Molly Beckham ran the 5K race in 21:11.09, while Mary Warren finished in 23:46.21, and Maria Dyer ran 24:22.74. Also for Barren, Layla Robertson ran the race in 26:19.51, and Raygan Wyatt finished in 28:47.13.
Callaway Mackie led Glasgow with a time of 24:26.83, while Anne Rhoades Pike finished in 26:01.69. Glasgow did not enter a full team in the race.
