Glasgow topped Barren County in a boys’ golf match at Willow Oaks Golf Club on Tuesday. It was the final regular-season match for both teams.
Griffin Jackson led the way for the Scotties with a 37 through nine holes. Cam Pippen led the Trojans with a 38. Glasgow shot 157 as a team, while Barren fired 175.
Also for the Scotties, Tate Pace shot 38, while Tucker Garrett fired 40 and Jackson Norris finished with a 42. Those were the rounds used to calculate the team score.
Also for the Trojans, J.P. Ross shot 43, Jay Houchens posted a 45 and Cam Combs finished with a 47.
There were several other golfers who competed in the match whose rounds were not used for the team score.
For Glasgow they were: Carter Hodgers, 56; Wilder Pate, 44; Gavin Copas, 45; Gary Pennington, 46; Lucas Kuykendall, 47; Wyatt Morgan, 56; Webb Dicksonon, 54; Evan Templin, 45; Tyson Simmons, 56, and Jackson Barrick, 46.
For Barren they were: Lincoln Zalla, 49; Lincoln Bielak, 49; Kade Hardy, 54; Peyton Janes, 55; Braxton Hall, 60; Tyson Miller, 76; and Joseph Zelek, 66.
