Lead Forward has selected 20 individuals from the private, public, and non-profit sectors for the thirty-third Leadership Barren County Class of 2025-26.
These participants join a group of more than 500 leaders who have graduated from the Leadership Program since its inception in 1991. The program “is an immersive nine-month program that is designed to challenge participants’ thinking, expose them to new ideas and perspectives and promote discussion, reflection, and action.”

Notably, three of this year’s Leadership Barren County participants are graduates of the Chamber Foundation’s Leaders of the Future program—demonstrating the lasting impact of early leadership development and the strong pipeline of talent being cultivated right here in Barren County.
