Griffin Jackson, Cam Pippen and Tate Pace led the way for local golfers in the Wildcat Shootout on Saturday at Franklin Country Club. The trio each shot 3-over 73 and finished tied for ninth.
The Glasgow Scotties, led by Jackson and Pace, finished tied for sixth in the tournament with Allen County-Scottsville. Barren County finished tied for 10th led by Pippen.
Also for the Scotties, Jackson Norris shot 82, while Tucker Garrett posted an 84, and Carter Hodges finished with a 94.
Also for the Trojans, J.P. Ross posted a 78, while Jay Houchens shot 84, Kade Hardy fired an 85 and Lincoln Zalla finished with 96.
Barren returns to action today at Hidden Hills Country Club against Monroe County at 4:30 p.m.
Glasgow hosts Hart County at Willow Oaks Golf Club on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
