Several Barren County FFA members earned numerous top finishes at the 2025 Kentucky State Fair, both in team and individual competitions.
“These results showcase the incredible talent, dedication, and teamwork of our FFA members,” said Barren County High School Principal Letitia Hughes. “We are proud of their accomplishments and grateful for the community’s continued support of agricultural education.”
Team Competitions
- Junior Livestock Judging – 1st Place, State Champions
- Team Members: Hallie Hughes (High Individual Overall), Audrey Carter, Kinsley Mattox, and Lillie Turner
- Livestock Judging – 4th Place
- Team Members: Kyra Moore, Jay Houchens, Jonna Ford, and Avery Chapman
- Nursery & Landscape – 4th Place
