Glasgow police are currently investigating an armed robbery that occurred on Aug. 14.
The robbery took place at the Valero Store located at the intersection of North Race Street and West Cherry Street. The unidentified person had a weapon and fled the scene, according to information from the police department.
There is no danger to the public, Glasgow Police Department Public Information Officer Terry Flatt said.
“[It was an] isolated incident and [we’re] following up on leads,” Flatt wrote in a message to Glasgow News 1.
