Tax rates and tuition are some of the key items on tonight’s Glasgow Independent Schools Board of Education agenda. The meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the CO2 Board Room, which is the library of the old South Green Elementary School building.
Much like Caverna, the Glasgow board is set to approve the motor vehicle and property tax rate for the 2025-26 fiscal year, which began on July 1, 2025. The previous tax rate was 79.4 cents on real property per $100.
Preschool tuition for students who do not qualify as at-risk or as having a disability is also to be discussed.
The full agenda can be found here.
